You control the information you add. Keep your account secure, share deliberately, and review calendar changes before making them. MLO is provided as a productivity tool, not a guarantee that reminders or integrations will always be available.
01 Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern access to My Life Organized (“MLO”) at organizer.overvault.ca. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MLO is operated by the administrator of this installation (“operator”).
02 Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. New accounts may require the operator's approval. The operator may suspend or disable accounts to protect security, comply with law or prevent misuse.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken using any linked external calendars.
03 Acceptable use
You agree not to use MLO to break the law, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, attempt to access other users' private information, distribute malware, or disrupt the application or its infrastructure. You must only upload information you have the right to use and share.
04 Your content and shared spaces
You retain ownership of the information and files you add, subject to any rights held by other parties. You permit the operator to process this information as necessary to provide the features you choose, including storage, display, reminders, export and collaboration.
If you invite others into projects or shared spaces, the invited users may be able to view or modify those records according to their permissions. Please review collaborators and permissions carefully before sharing sensitive information.
05 External accounts and calendars
Connecting Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or a compatible calendar feed is optional. By authorizing an integration, you permit MLO to access the information and perform the calendar actions covered by the permissions you grant and the actions you request.
Creating, editing or deleting an external event may change the event in your Google or Microsoft account. Verify the target account, calendar and event before confirming changes. MLO cannot guarantee immediate synchronization or support for every recurring or all-day event format.
Google, Microsoft, Apple and other providers maintain their own terms, policies and service availability. You may disconnect an account in MLO or revoke access in the provider's settings.
06 Availability, reminders and backups
MLO is under active development. Features may change and the service may experience interruptions, especially during upgrades, connectivity failures or third-party outages. Reminders, deadlines and calendar synchronization should not be your only source of information for critical obligations.
Where possible, export important records and maintain independent backups. The operator may maintain server backups, but no uninterrupted recovery or data-restoration guarantee is offered by these terms.
07 Fees
The current MLO application is offered without an application subscription fee. Hosting, connectivity, third-party services and other services that you independently purchase may have their own charges. If paid MLO features are introduced later, their pricing and terms will be disclosed before a new charge applies.
08 Disclaimer and liability
MLO is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. The operator does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free imports, always-on notifications, or perfect compatibility with third-party providers. You should independently verify significant dates, financial information and changes to external calendars.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or privacy law.
09 Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the application or applicable requirements. Significant changes will be communicated where practical. Continued use after changes take effect may be subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
